Mr. Jun Hong

Mr. Jun Hong was born in Jinghua, Zhejiang in April 1963. Presently Mr. Hong worked as the Chairman of ZIMO Group. He devoted himself to the management and sales business for over 20 years, witnessing the China’s transformation from planned economy to market regulation economy and China’s reformation and opening.
Since the year of 2005, Mr. Hong has developed independently the China Bonsai Art Culture Village, operated companies and set up an Internationalized Group eyeing at culture and health industry. After the company reengineering in 2007, Mr. Hong, as the president of the corporation, focusing on four primary industry development, integrated the group from a local company into an internationalized one in 3 years.
In 2009, he coined term “mutual benefit and existence”. By building up a fully internationalized management team, Mr. Hong improved the company performance substantially through effective management, speed decision and precise executive. He made ZIMO a new brand and a company not only focusing on business, but also on social responsibility.
Beyond his work, Mr. Hong studied in Shanghai University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University for 6 years, obtaining the Bachelor’s Degrees of Sociology and Economics, invented a whole set of marketing management methods and strategies for dealing with complex social, cultural and economic environment. In co-operation with Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, China Academy of Social Sciences, Mr. Jun Hong created a set of brand-new cultural economic mode, and composed a new productive forces relationship featuring a balance among economy, society and environment, promoting the conception of mutual benefits and existence.
Moreover, he was appointed as the Vice Secretary of the Tea Committee, China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce (CCCFNP) and Vice Director of Special Secondary Market Committee, China Green Food Association, regarded as the leading figure in China’s Chineses language and tea society. The most remarkable contribution Mr. Hong made was to lead ZIMO Group reengineer itself successfully, make ZIMO an internationalized company engaging in four major sections comprising of culture, education, agriculture and real estate.
